iQagent grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Archive Data Extractor for WinCC (the “Software”) under the edition you purchased. Licenses are personal: each license is issued to a named person and may be used by that person on any computer.
Project Pass: one person, 30 days from issue. Single User: one person; the Software versions released during the update period, and the version current when it ends, may be used permanently. Integrator Pack: five named people, otherwise as Single User. Site: as agreed in writing.
You may not share your license file with others, copy the Software for others to use without a license, or remove or circumvent license checks. The trial may be used to evaluate the Software only.
Your purchase includes updates released during your update period. You may renew for further updates. After the period ends, the last version released during it continues to work.
The Software reads archive data on your systems and writes CSV files you choose. You are responsible for backups. Attaching archive files to a newer SQL Server version upgrades them permanently; export from copies if you need to keep them unchanged.

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. iQagent’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. iQagent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or production.
This agreement ends if you breach it. Then you must stop using the Software and delete copies.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any dispute arising from this agreement or the Software will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
You may not use, export or re-export the Software in violation of United States export control or sanctions laws, or the laws of the country where you are located. You confirm that you are not located in a country under a United States embargo and are not on a United States government list of restricted parties.
